House rules
Dear guest, As Landhaus Kitzblick we will do everything we can to ensure that you have a pleasant stay with us. We would like to draw your attention to a number of house rules;
- Please use your apartment with care as if it were your own. If something breaks, something is defective or not clean, please report it to us as soon as possible. -
- Check-in is possible between 15:00 – 21:00.
Check-out is possible until 10:00.
The minimum age to check in is 18 years old.
• Our building is non-smoking; if you want to smoke you can do so outside.
• With the key you can open the front door, ski room and your room door. In the unlikely event that you lose the key, we charge €65 to have the key counterfeited.
• With ski boots on, try to enter the house through the ski room as much as possible. Under no circumstances use the ski boots on the stairs! This can damage the floor and you can easily slip.
- Bed linen and towels are provided (1 set per person). You can order extra for a fee.
• If you use the stube, please leave it tidy. Please note every drink you grab on the list. Please put the dishes in the kitchen.
• We would like to ask you to take the other guests into account as much as possible in terms of noise – rest times between 22:00 – 7:00.
- Pets are only allowed in consultation and against payment.
- In Austria, much attention is paid to the separation of household waste. Next to the house behind the "wooden wall" at the parking lot are the waste container for the residual waste. You may collect the plastic waste in the green bag. If it is full, ask for a new one. You can put the paper and glass next to the rocking horse. If you have a lot of cans, ask for a garbage bag.
- The final cleaning is carried out by us, but you must leave the apartment broom clean, with the last dishes in the dishwasher. If the apartment is not left tidy, additional cleaning costs may be charged.
- We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings of the tenant.
